Child Abduction Toolbox CLE: Tips and Techniques to Resolve Domestic and International Child Abductions
Program Overview:
Participants in this event will learn both the practice and theory to secure the return of missing children. This educational program will provide practitioners with a clear and firmer understanding of what should and should not be done to help their clients who report that a child has been abducted and cannot be found. Civil and criminal laws and remedies will be discussed as well as procedures for domestic and international abductions. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and answers.
