Gift Options

Major Donor: Provide core funding for the Buhai Center on an annual basis. Donate $1,500 or more, and only be solicited once a year.

Match Challenge: Encourage others to give by committing to match their gifts.

Monthly Giving: Become a monthly donor to provide the Buhai Center with steady support that strengthens our services year-round.

Circle of Justice: Create stability for the Buhai Center by making a three-year commitment.

Tribute: Honor an individual through a gift in memoriam or for a special occasion.

General Donation: Make a one-time gift of any amount to support access to justice for clients in need.

Bank Transfer: Set up a direct transfer for a seamless and secure way to give.

Through Your Employer: Arrange a regular payroll contribution through your employer. See if your employer has a Matched Giving program to increase the size of your gift.

Will or Trust: Designate the Buhai Center as a beneficiary as part of your legacy.

Donor Advised Fund: Recommend that the Buhai Center be a grantee of your DAF. Consider a donation from your family foundation or other giving entity.

Individual Retirement Account: Donate from your IRA required minimum distribution and reduce your taxable distribution.

Stock Transfer: Consult your financial advisor about the possibility of avoiding capital gains tax by making a gift of appreciated stock. If you would like to make a donation to the Buhai Center through a stock donation, please have your broker indicate the donation is for the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law.
